Canal Garage Door

I contacted this company in Oct 2018 to service my electric/motor garage door, oil, grease it, check tension, etc. This company advertised in a local magazine that covers South Plymouth, MA. I was happy to get a call back from an employee! ( I had contacted four other businesses and never got a call back. ) After a few days I was able to speak directly with the employee after we left a messages for each other trying to set up a time. We finally connected to set up a date and time. Canal Garage was a 'no show'. I left a message that day to ascertain if they were going to do the service call. No call back. So, I cannot actually rate their work. I can only hope that this aspect of their business improves.
