Route 8 Car Wash

On 07-14-09 at 10:29 am ( this information on the slip I received using my card) I had my granddaughters and we went to clean my car at this car wash. We used the change maker for quarters to use the vacuum then over to the automatic car wash. I purchased the ultimate car wash for 9 dollars. The front windows were showing where the windshield wipers had cleaned the windows leaving the rest of the window covered with dirt from roads. I do not drive on gravel or dirt roads. After leaving the car wash I noticed the windows still showed the dirt where the windshield wipers had missed, nothing was clean. It was then my granddaughter spoke up and said that no soap had come out of the washers. I had been to busy laughing and joking and did not notice but did recall that it seemed like only water had come out the whole wash. I have tried to call the 724-287-4940 to talk to someone about this and all I get is like a fax ringing noise. I even called the operator thinking maybe the number was changed. So I came online to see what I could find and found this site. I hope I get a response to this rating and to correct this loss of money. If I do get a response I will certainly come back and tell what it was.
