I bought some repair parts from Gold Maytag for my washing machine. It turned out that I didn't need the parts and I tried to return the unopened packages ( non-electrical parts) within the 7 day return period. Only one person there can refund money, and that person conveniently has very limited hours. After trying twice my 7 day window of opportunity passed. I try to support small local businesses, but I will not be buying there again. Check out their BBB score.
