When my 2 year old laptop fell and the screen cracked, it was recommended to me to check Device Pitstop for help. The sales person was very helpful and offered suggestions on how to transfer my data. I decided what I wanted done and the work was completed while I waited and the cost was very reasonable. I recently brought in an old desktop which had a very old version of Windows. I was going to recycle the computer and knew there were still some photos that had not been removed but I could not upload the data. A sales woman, sorry I forgot her name, removed the hard drive and was able to view the remaining data and transferred my photos to a flash drive as it was the most economical way to go at that moment. Each time I have been in the store, the sales people are helpful, courteous and happy to answer questions. The cost for the work was very reasonable. They also recycled all the computer parts for me. I highly recommend this store for all electronic repairs.
