Hi I am Mark Kramer (the guy on the right) the owner of Affordable Marktag Appliance Repair. I have been in the appliance industry since the late 1980's. I was a Maytag factory rep. for over eight years and opened my own store in 1996. I operated my business under the name Affordable Maytag from 1996 until 2007. I closed my retail store and now focus on servicing appliances and selling parts. I wanted my long time customers to find me in the phone book, so I changed the name to Affordable Marktag Appliance Repair. Since my name is Mark and we fix more than just Maytag products. I thought the change was fitting. When you call to schedule a service call or ask a service related question you will be talking directly to me or my brother Paul. My service hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on Saturday. I do not offer 24 hour service but on occasion I will perform emergency service if my availability allows. (Many times I can give you phone tips to make it not an emergency, and come out during normal hours) Here is how I schedule service work. On the first call of the day I give you a 15 min. window for my arrival time. For the rest of the day I offer a one hour window for my arrival time. I do not over book so if you book a service call you have my word that I will show up as promised. I will also give you a reminder call when I am on my way. I know your time is important to you, so I don't make you waste time waiting for me. I try to schedule calls that work with your schedule.
