        Overall

        Went in to the Best Buy at the University Drive location to get a laptop for school and games (mostly for school >.>) and ended up getting a $700 Acer. While I was happy with it, I had asked the Electronics tech who was helping me if the laptop would play the game that I had IN MY HAND. After saying that it would, I bought the laptop only to find a few short hours later that my laptop didn't come with a CD drive. Now I understand that things are moving more towards tablets and thus downloadable content, but when i had a physical object in my hand that I would like for this machine to play, how did he not know that I wanted a CD drive? They reduced the price of an external CD drive for me to get but I think that this is mostly because I wanted to return the entire thing.

        I was very disappointed in Best Buy given that a good friend of mine had recommended them to me for such an expensive purchase.
