I wish I could give it zero stars, maybe half of one but that would be generous.



They RUINED my daughters dress. This whole process started THREE weeks ago. I took in several items. A week later I went to pick them up and only two were clean. The other two they agreed to redo. A week later the sweater was fine but my daughters dress (a red plaid skirt with a white silk top) was not. The original spot was gone, but the the plaid had bleed into the white silk creating splotches. When I said something the woman told me that that was "normal". Dark dye always bleeds into the lighter color. Of course, this should not happen, especially when the dress says "dry clean only" and that's what I did - not to mention she had only worn it once and this was the first time it was ever cleaned. After arguing with me they agreed to try again. So my THIRD trip back for the dress was again not successful. The same woman pulled the dress for me and as she brought it forward she admitted it was still there, just lighter. When I said I was disappointed and it was unacceptable her co-worker joined the conversation. She asked me what happened and when I began to tell her she went ahead and had a conversation with her co-worker in another language (which I do no speak) and I found incredibly rude. She then tried to tell me this was normal and pointed to where the bleeding had occurred. When I disagreed she changed her story and said she could not see the spot (the first woman who admitted it had backed away!). There was no apology for the dress, my lost time and no responsibility was taken. All they would do was refund me my original cleaning cost, which should have been done on the second cleaning.
