Kitchen & Floor Master

We bought house a few months ago in Fairfax VA. From the beginning we knew our kitchen and flooring on the main level needed updates which the previous owner gave us some credit for remolding the kitchen but not for replacing the floors. We didn’t insist on reducing the price further, since the inventory of houses for sale in that neighborhood was very low. Our realtor told us that she has been recommending Kitchen and floor master for over 20 years to her buyers as well as the clients that would list their houses for sale which needed updating and they seem to be very happy with them. We got four estimates from local companies and decided on kitchen and floor master not just for their competitive price rather, we were impressed with their expertise in designing and modifying our kitchen layout and the quality of the cabinets and hardwood planks that they recommended. It took them three weeks for the entire job and we couldn’t be happier for making the right decision. Our dream house became our dream home within a three short weeks. Thanks to all the team members that worked in my house, specially the Mechanics who worked very hard to stay on schedule.

My parents have used them many times over the last 20 years. They carpeted their bedrooms many years ago, a few years later their Basement and couple years ago they had them install Exotic Hardwood floors on their entire first floor and completely remodel their Kitchen with beautiful cherry cabinets made by Wellborn, so I knew their service and quality of workmanship is very good; however I had a fixed budget to work with for remodeling my master bath and to install Oak Harwood floor planks on the first floor except my kitchen which has ceramic and its in a good condition. I got 3 estimates from other reputable companies and got a rough estimate from Home Depot (it’s a zoo in there) and Low’s.

Kitchen and Floor master price was in line with Low’s and Home Depot but much less then the other three companies plus I was very impressed with their knowledgeable staff, especially with the designer, floor specialist and Amy with that welcoming smile.

The entire work was done in less than three weeks, even though I did change my mind on a few decorative items in my master bathroom, but Dominick their project manger was able to get them quickly and make the changes on time. I am very happy with the end result and I will recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
