California Radiology

My experience with this office was very bad. When I was told I needed to come in and get an MRI done I called the office and asked to make an appointment. When I called the woman that answered told me I did NOT need to make an appointment and could just come in anytime before 930PM. I decided to go the following day. I walked in/signed in/filled out paperwork and took a seat. It was about 30 minutes later that someone decided to tell me that I would in fact need an appointment in order to get the MRI done. I told them how I was told over the phone to come in any time and I could get the MRI done. All they could say was "Well...that's not how it is. Who did you talk to?" I moved on from it and made an appointment for the next day as I needed to get it done ASAP. When I walked in the same woman/girl I talked to the day before acted as if she had no idea who I was and treated me as a brand new patient with brand new paperwork to fill out. When I reminded her who I was she said OK and looked me up. Long story short...I was not on the appointment book for when she told me I would be. She insisted that we had a discussion on appointment dates and decided to keep the appointment on Friday. It was a complete story and there was never any mention of having an appointment on a Friday or any other day than the very next day. They decided they could squeeze me in but I had to wait 45 mins to actually get the MRI done. There were no apologies and the women in front just laughed and let the phones ring. Once I actually had the MRI done and was in the process of doing it everything was OK. The technician was OK . My biggest complaint would be the front office women and how terrible they are at their jobs. If you do go to this location beware and dont have plans following your appointment.
