I made the mistake of paying a little extra because the salesman made a very professional presentation. That was the beginning and end of the “professional” part. The first time they came to insulate the house they did a great job of masking and a pretty good job of cleaning up. UNFORTUNATELY there were many dozens of spots where there was NO insulation. So they came back a second time. This time they made more of a mess and still didn’t do a complete job. I actually had to paint with a spray can to point out missed areas. There were still areas not sealed with roof decking exposed. The whole point of foam insulation is to seal and prevent air infiltration! The THIRD time they came they made a HUGE MESS. Sound insulation in interior walls was just stuffed in place and not stapled. Masking around windows was only partially removed. 30 to 50 staples around each window that we had to pull and or hit with a hammer before sheetrock could be applied. Excess insulation that would prevent sheetrock from fitting flat to the rafters was not leveled. Overspray of the foam on doors, windows, window frames and concrete floor that we explained was to be stained. Overspray of the foam on finished stucco walls. Mountains of trash. Several yards of trash in piles not even bagged as promised. I have paid 2 guys to work for 3 days so far and still don’t have all the overspray cleaned up. Complained but just got a very argumentative response from the salesman Michael Lucas. Never saw or heard from the owner or the salesman again after my complaints. By far the worst subcontractor I’ve experienced. Beware of these guys!!
