Pet Palace

I give this place a zero rating and I feel awful and guilty that I actually left my dog here for a couple days.I could really tell that they were only about the buck and could care less about the pets there.When they took my dog in the back,I asked to see and the woman there hesitated(I could tell she didn't want me to see how crappy(literally)they were set up)IT WAS FILTHY!! They also apparently breed rats for laboratory experiments cause they had dozens of breeding bins with thousands rats.I feel terrible that I left my dog here but was on a scedule and trusted what she said on the phone.One of the things I was worried about was disease or ? sure enough now my dog has developed hot spots (maybe mange) I now have to take her to the vet.When I picked her up,I gave her food and water and she frantically ate and drank like she had nothing the whole time.I guess if they don't feed or water them they won't have to "GO" so less to clean up as you know they aren't bothering to walk them.BOO!

Pet Palace was contracted for pick up and delivery grooming service for our dog. We were given a time for pick up but no further info. When the girl came to pick up the dog we asked about payment, she said they would call us. We assumed credit card is OK. 4 hrs later they said cash or check only but we don't use checks and didn't have cash on hand - weve just moved here and dont have a car yet (hence our calling for p/u and deliv.) We called back right away to say that wed use our online account to send a check - their answer: no cash, no dog. We called back, were hung up on over and over again. The girl who picked up the dog denied that we'd asked about payment but kept saying that we shouldve asked about policies. Then they called the police saying that we were 'stealing their services'!! Absolutely the WORST experience I've EVER had with any service oriented company EVER. We had to send a neighbor to pick up the dog. Be warned, Pet Palace is very unprofessional and dishonest

The staff was very nice. I boarded my dog in the summer and found the place very hot and stinky. The staff (while I was there) smoked in the office. I also noticed the groomer smoking while grooming a dog. I felt like, if they didn't ac the place up then what could it be like for my poor dog in the back. The price is one of the best I have found in town, I think I'll pay a little more so my dog is happy.
