Obstreperous, belligerent, and unduly sarcastic when "trying to help." Unfair, snotty, stuck-up, impersonal, haughty while at the same time, not displaying intelligence in billing or customer service. It's like dealing with a law firm, one begins to get the idea the only way to break through the dense corporate-speak is to sue the owners of the management company, but we both know it will take more time and money to sue than to tolerate the pettiness of the [corporation]. Other than that, they can be hospitable when no dispute fractures the demeanor of both parties. Fair weather friends I'd say, but then, they act like landlords.

If you are looking for a management company I would not recommend this one. They are condescending and rude. I pay a monthly association fee to be treated like trash by their office and management staff. Very unprofessional and rude.

If I could give these people a HALF star I would but only for showing up. They close Friday's at noon. They don't have a fax machine.....really !! Who doesn't have a fax machine? Their auto response for email says "This e-mail inbox is checked once daily. If this is an emergency please call 928-758-9999". What business can get away with only checking email once a day? If you need HOA management save yourself a lot of headache and go over to Buck Reynolds. Their employees bend over backwards to help. They are cordial and pleasant to deal with. They don't have a chip on their shoulder and work 5 days a week....and they have a fax machine.
