Lake Flip HVAC Service

My daughter purchased a home where Lake Flip had installed the HVAC. About three days after taking occupancy, in the 90+ degree weather, our AC failed. The home warranty company had such poor service providers, we got our own AC experts. Contingent on the sale of the home were several items the owner of Lake Flip had to resolve. We were told they were resolved. But they were not. Curtis Strawn is the so-called owner of this company. There were leaks in the evaporator coil and a larger leak in the distributor tubes. The air filter was supposed to have been replaced, but we found it stuffed into the space, crumpled and filthy. None of the leaks were addressed. This man's voicemail is full, his business doesn't even have someone answering the phone, which he does not answer. He is just in the business to make a quick buck and offer his services cheaply to those in the renovation business. We will seek reimbursement of the labor for the work that needs to be done. Maybe some time this summer we will have AC. I do not recommend hiring this guy. His reputation score online is 2.5 out of 5.
