Supercuts

I went to Super cuts today with my daughter. The person who cut my daughter's hair did an excellent job. My daughter really liked it, and I thought it was cute. She was very happy.

I, on the other hand, had a terrible experience. First, the stylist wasn't really paying attention. I have glasses and hearing aids, and I have a very difficult time understanding people wearing masks. Regardless, she waited until after my hearing aids and were out and glasses were off and then started asked me how I wanted my hair cut.

I explained, as I always have in the past, that I wanted layers in the front, and just a trim in the back. She cut all my hair off in layers throughout. Now my hair is super short. She had asked me if it was the correct length at one point, but obviously, I had my glasses off, and I stated that I couldn't really see it. Instead of waiting for me to put my glasses on to see what she was doing, she went and cut off all my hair.

I hate my hair cut. It is nothing like what I wanted.

I will never go to this super cuts again. I have a very important meeting coming up in a couple of weeks, and I am dreading it. I'm actually thinking of canceling this meeting, which won't be able to happen for another year because I'm about to go back to school in the fall. I want to make a good first impression, but this hairstyle is making me extremely self-conscious. I am just hoping that it grows out and then I'll have to get my actual layers in the front done somewhere else.
