Never will deal with these people again. Got a quote, they came to measure, put down payment down, three days before they were to install they write us and said that we are going to owe them over $1500 more. We put them on hold to check other options. Between my mother and husband being in and out of the hospital, husband had major surgery. We got back with them. Ask to get top for vanity, knee wall and cabinet only, not tub area. Gave us a price. Wanted papers signed, no problem but we wanted a price in writing on the papers we were to sign. !/2 down and the other 1/2 day before they come out to put the quartz in. Wrote told them we will pay the other half when they put the quartz in. They decided they did not want to do business with us. Here we did not go after them for bait and switch,...we looked at options and was willing to sign the papers, as long as the price was on it. We would of not had a problem giving a third party the money. I have all the estimates, emails, quotes, to prove they are unprofessional and ignorant. A little extra tibbit I also had a friend said to make sure your husband talk with them, they do not think females know anything.
