Every part of my experience was professional and positive - from my initial phone call to the service itself. My house is older and presented uncommon challenges. Steve, the plumber was patient with my many questions and his answers were thoughtful and instructive. A rather stubborn bathtub clog took close to three hours to clear and I found the price to be fair and explained clearly. Highly recommended.
