Beechwood Manor Apartments

Do NOT Rent ANY Apartment from this lady!!! Cindy is the most unprofessional landlord I have ever met. She is so cheap and nasty. She talks down to you and dismisses almost every issue that you have with the apartment. The plowing of the snow is not sufficient or waits until its late at night so your car gets stuck in the snow by the time your ready to leave in the morning or coming home. She cheats people out of their security deposit. If you ask for something to be fixed chances are it wont be fixed properly the first time around. She is so rude and mean that its not worth giving your money to such a horrible person. LISTEN TO the other negative reviews or else you might regret it!

Looked at many apartments and Beechood Manor gets an A+. Landlady (Cindy) gives 100% to her tenants. Apartment was spotless. Great location. Property is well maintained. It truly is a home. Safe and secure.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This place is LOUD, the manager is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and MEAN. Please look at all the bad responses. The one good response was definately made by the manager herself. That is something right up her alley. The lot was never plowed properly, the garbage over flowed which created a rat problem. Nothing is ever fixed properly. And don't ever think about getting your security deposit. You WILL regret ever living at this place! Don't hang around and look here. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY!!!
