Best Salon & Spa

I went to this salon and asked for 2 inches off. I got 6 inches taken off one side, 7 off another, and 5 off the back. Not only get she take way too much off, but it was so bizarrely uneven that it looked like a child had cut my hair.



To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, I was spoken to by the manager Linda in the rudest possible way. Instead of apologizing, she refused to give me a refund and said, "How dare you judge our establishment based on one person, who was clearly having an off day." She finally gave me a refund, but not after making me feel even worse than when I was crying in my car after the hack job of a haircut I received.



I cannot stress enough how traumatic this whole experience has been. DO NOT GO HERE.

I RECENTLY MOVED HERE FROM CALIFORNIA AND TOOK MY 3 CHILDREN TO THE BEST FOR THEIR BACK -TO-SCHOOL HAIRCUTS. THEIR RECEPTION STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE US FEEL WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE. EACH OF MY CHILDREN HAD A DIFFERENT STYLIST AND THEY ALL LOOKED GREAT! BEFORE WE LEFT I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR MYSELF THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR A MANICURE, PEDICURE AND HAIRCUT. WHEN I RETURNED, THEY GREETED ME LIKE A FRIEND AND ONCE AGAIN, ALL MY SERVICES WERE EXCEPTIONAL.! THE BEST IS THE MOST WELCOMING, MOST PROFESSIONAL, MOST CLIENT-ORIENTED SALON I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN FOR MY SPA DAY!
