Highmark Concrete Contractors

A couple of scumbags driving a Highmark work truck very intentionally blew exhaust at me and laughed like morons about it, while cutting off two other motorists. Who would trust them with anything as important as construction when they act like this?

Myself and my granddaughters driving North on 167 from Puyallup were nearly killed when someone driving a Highmark white work truck cut in front of me and almost clipped my right front bumper.
