Mattress Firm

Nice selection, some really pricey beds. The salesman told me about the warrantee's 10 years on most and their 1`00 day's return policies. Then he showed me a really nice demo floor model at 1/2 price. So I bought it. After the transaction {$2000.00 +} I asked about the 100 day trial and the 10 year warrantee, and he informed me that demo floor model have NONE . He should have mentioned IT before me paying for the whole thing. I asked if I could purchase additional coverage, even for 5 years and NO again. So, I really liked the Mattress, and I did save some $$, so I kept it. The sales ppl should tell their customers UP FRONT that the demos come w/o warrantee and 100 day exchange. I talked to other Bed Vendors and they stated that something could have been worked out to get some kind of warrantee .So now , I really like my new mattress, but I was left with a bad experience with Mattress Firm.
