Demolition
Reyes Construction was awarded The Repair Pier 5000 Potable Water Pipe project. The work includes all material, labor, supervision, and equipment for construction of Pier 5000 potable water lines, including: demolition, potable water replacement and miscellaneous metal fabrications.
Foundation Installation

Landscaping and Fencing

Landscaping
Reyes Construction, Inc. was awarded this design-build contract which consisted of providing engineering evaluation, design and construction for the repair of the waterline distribution system basewide at Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, CA. The scope of work consisted of traffic control, dewatering, excavation, trenching, backfill, mainline pipe installation, lateral and appurtenance installation, cathodic protection, hydrostatic testing, waterline tie-ins, abandonment of existing waterlines, and paving at 18 different locations basewide. Additional work included jack and boring, runway restoration, shoring and pits, landscaping, hardscape restoration, as well as miscellaneous site improvements and incidental work. All total, 40,000 LF of pipe was installed at Point Mugu.
Fencing
Reyes Construction was awarded this design-build contract which includes a new paved road, administration building, two bay inspection canopy, inspection pits, staff parking lot, passive barrier system, site improvements, and utilities (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and telephone) to support the building facilities, fencing and incidental related work
Asphalt Paving
Reyes Construction, Inc. provided 2,000 LF on new sewer lines and 6,000 LF of main repairs base-wide throughout Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, 29 Palms, CA. Additionally, minor asphalt paving and concrete repairs and manhole installations were also included.
Excavation
The Project Type is a marine construction project and the scope included the demolition of an existing landside and waterside structures (buildings, parking lot, foundations, waterside piles), soil excavation and dredging, jet grouting, removal existing utilities, install new utilities, construction of a king/sheet steel pile wall system, extension of the Berth 85 tugboat timber wharf including driving new piles, and the construction of a concrete pile cap.
Retaining Walls
This project consisted of repairing previous damage and mitigating future erosion at 16 sites eroded by lack of drainage, landscape cover, or fault-line movement. Work included the repairs to roads and parking lots, repairing and replacing concrete swales, repairing hillside erosion, constructing new retaining walls and providing new landscaping. RCI made a full-depth replacement of parking lots, including the removal of saturated soil and replacement with Class II base. The parking lots were re-graded to divert water from ponding via trench drains. Additional asphalt curbs were installed on the north and west sides of the facilities to prevent water from migrating underneath the buildings. RCI provided AC-milling, repaving, retaining walls, landslide slope repairs, re-vegetation and hydro-seeding, utility expansion loops, drainage boxes and pipe, and new v-ditches as solutions to mitigate further erosion.

Residential Roof Repair
Reyes Construction was awarded the Steam Decentraliztion Project which consists of Installing individual boilers for each building to replace the existing steam heating system. New water heaters are to be installed for domestic hot water. Install a single heating plant for buildings that are grouped/clustered together or due to space restrictions. Affected building interiors to be renovated including ceiling, wall, and roofing repairs. Provide excess flow valves for gas services at each bldg. Incorporate LEED design principles were applicable. Upgrade and expand the gas piping for new services including new meters and pulse output with remote reading capability. Demolish the existing above ground steam distribution system. Demolish existing steam tunnels, trenches, and MH. Repair all site improvements after installation and demolition.
