As per your experience with our company and your rating, we don't understand why that rating as we strive to get the best possible. We did service your residence on a Friday, we did have a walk through before we finished our services at your residence and at our understanding our services were great . We service your residence on a Friday we didn't get a call back on a Thursday night the following week. As per the call we did offer to re-do your residence at no charge to you ,we did offer to credit back part of your payment back and you deny any credit back or any services at no charge to you. So our company does not understand what was the issue then. We respect every client and we value each and everyone with the highest standard as well as we deserve and expect the same from our clients. Dust To Shine
I paid $100 for cleaning of mini blinds and windows bathroom kitchen refrigerator and fronts of cabinets. She did a great job on the bathroom but the mini blinds are still dirty and she missed some of the cabinet fronts and didn't clean the stove at all. I am very disappointed for the amount of money I paid her. I will not get her again and I will not recommend her.
Excellent Work . Very great quality of work . They take there time cleaning and doing the work right. They are very professional and they are very respectable. I had called several cleaning services just basic cleaning lady's and don't pay for half fast jobs and cheap labor and professional that know what the customer wants . I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
