I bought them an alpine headunit, a DB Drive subwoofer and had them make me a custom box for it. They also installed my 3m window tint.

The staff is very respectful and friendly. They're all very knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions.

When they installed my new headunit, they made a mistake and damaged it, but they took care of it and replaced it with the display model which was the only replacement available. I've had it in my truck for five years and it's still working great!

Last year, I decided to upgrade my subs to a single 12" K5. It was a bit pricey, but I had a pleasant shopping experience. Then two weeks later I returned for a custom made box, built to the specs. of my sub. It was perfect, but way overpriced. And they didn't tune my amp right, or even bother to adjust my head unit settings like they were supposed to.

Finally, I needed window tint and they recommended a 3m color stable tint which was their top of the line and supposedly doesn't fade with the sun. It has lifetime warranty and I didn't mind paying for the quality of the tint, but I was kind of disappointed when I got my truck. The tint film had these tacky 3m logos all over the place and there was a few air bubbles on the windows which didn't come off. The problem could have been that I took it in winter, but I had no choice 'cause my old tint got blurry. After a while the 3m logos don't seem so bad anymore, but some air bubbles didn't go away. They are not very noticeable, but If I choose to, I can get it replaced at no charge and as many times as I want.

All in all, they're a great business. They're reputable and knowledgeable, but like any other business they have their days when they rush through things or slack off. Also, they're not cheap. I could have saved a lot of money somewhere else on the custom box, but I chose to play it safe.

Horrible job! Hair, particles, glue residue and a shoe imprint were all in between the tint.... paid more than $250 for a job that even local flea market vendors could've done better!

I had a alarm installed there. it was a viper 350hv system the same one that best buy had for more than $100 over what I paid for. the installation took a little longer more than I thought but it was worth the wait.

i installed a db drive system at D-tronics Brownsville. I was really impress with the sound quality and the power of the system. i have had it for 3 month and it rocks. Highly recommend them
