Brownsville Eye Center

dr foster is a wonderful dr, but dont get your rx filled with them. They are overpriced, as I have now shopped around, but mostly they have Terrible customer service, they were trying to charge me a fee for getting a simple receipt for my insurance, when i asked to speak to the office manager, they told me Letty didnt have a schedule, and came in and out as she pleased, so they would not be able to allow me to speak to her! never dealing w them again, or taking my family members either, too bad for them cause I liked dr foster.

Had a great experience at brownsville eye center. Dr.Foster and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Today was my first visit and the staff was very kind and patient. Dr Foster was awesome. It was my best eye exam ever. He checked every part of my eyes and was very patient with the final fitting of the contacts.

Terrible experience. I went there twice. The first time was for my eye exam. The optometrist was fine, but the staff were very impatient and didn't explain anything to me. The day after I went back to pick my glasses frame, and no one was willing to offer assistance, no one smiled at all!! They gave me the look that made me feel like I owe them money! One of their staff even frowned like angry when talking to me! The way their staff treated me was so horrible , I'll never go back again!

I had an amazing experience here. The Dr. was patient with my daughter although it was her very first eye exam he took the time to explain to us what he was doing. She was very happy when she got to choose her frames by the way they have quite a selection to choose from. To top it off her glasses were ready in an hour which is awesome for a mother of 3 with so many things to do. The staff was so sweet that my daughter felt comfortable enough to let them take her measurements without feeling scared or shy. I will most definitely be returning to this location.. THANK YOU DR. FOSTER AND STAFF!! :)

Went in for my prescription and was told I Had a $10.00 copay and couldnt release my papers. I had went in there 3 times before and was never told. Then when manager starting being rude and loud I started to raise my voice as well and manager started calling me rude names in Spanish cause she couldn't speak good English. And another staff member (Diana) got involved she was even worse. She was being very sarcastic and when I asked to speak to doc about their attitude she called 911! The doc came out and I said I need to speak to u and he said one moment and took the manager in the back an hid there till cops came. Turns out it was his wife. Never again. Bad bad bad!
