        Overall

        Horrible! Horrible customer service. I had an appointment set up through Lowes from 8:00 - 12:00 pm and they never showed or called. Not even a call to say they could not make it and you call and complain and Nancy is rude! According she is the supervisor, what a supervisor with no CSR training.
