Owner came out on a Sunday, did everything he could to keep costs down and gave me recommendations. He was going to waive any fees if his efforts did not result in a fix, but luckily he got the AC running during the heatwave. Definitely using them for the replacement, worth saving for.

FAST & EFFICIENT
CALLED @ 830AM WITH MY CENTRAL AIR PROBLEM. HAD A RETURN CAII IN 10 MIN. JOSH BROUGHT THE NEW EVAPORATOR. INSTALLED IT & RECHARGED THE SYSTEM QUICKLY SO WE COULD START TO COOL THE HOUSE BACK DOWN.

Great Job! I got a return call quickly, their repair bill was about half of what others wanted to charge. I'll be sharing their business cards with others for sure! I appreciated how professional, honest, and reliable they were.

Stay away. Unprofessional and inept. Lots of excuses for delays. I used them to repair a pool heat pump. I was told that they do them all the time. I got lots of excuses & delays and I'm out over $500 for a "repair" that the owner basically told me won't work because there is a BIG chance that freon can leak into the pool due to faults of the heat pump. He was supposed to "work with me" on a cost effective removal of the pump, but I haven't heard from him in weeks. I also got huge runaround and then no response regarding another job I initially had for them. They need to get their act together...HIGHLY disappointed. I'm not even sure that I received a military discount. I was told that I did, but I get the feeling that it's just a numbers game...

Fantastic! I got a return call quickly and a repair quote that was $1300 LESS than another local, 5-star rated HVAC company. They didn't charge me extra for competing the repair on a Saturday, for having to customize a pipe for the unusual size of my house, and the repair was done in less time than estimated. I'll be sharing their business cards with all local friends and coworkers. The value of an honest, reliable, and competent professional cannot be understated.

Watkins crew installed a wall mounted a/c and heating unit in my house. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product . They did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

ATTENTION MILITARY FAMILIES!!! BEST company to go with when you need work done on your heater/ac! Justin and staff fixed a botched job from the contractor who flipped my house! He fixed the creepers outrageous quick fix. Justin saw right away the danger my family could have been in!!! He cares for his clients, and does the job till its done in perfection. Not only does the work in the highest quality but works with military families in the cost! The warranty is amazing, and is transferrable! which is great for when we need to pcs! Our air conditioning stopped working today and it was incredibly hot inside the house when we got home from work. Called this company at 6:30 PM and the owner of the business was at the house by 8:00 PM. Fully serviced the A/C and we were cooling off by 9:00. I was expecting to pay a fortune but he was more than reasonable!! We are going to upgrade our AC and now we know who will be doing it!

Our gas furnace would start off with blowing warm air then it would turn to cool within minutes. For several weeks my husband and I talked about several reasons for this and tried a couple of things we hoped would work. None did. So I looked in the local directory for someone who could look into this for us. I found Watkins HVAC. Justin came to our home that night. Turns out that our natural gas furnace was not cycling properly and we were risking either carbon monoxide poisoning or a possible gas explosion. He had his team come out within 2 days of quoting us a price. His team members were polite and courteous. Within a couple of days we had a brand new heater that works like a charm. Justin was able to keep to his estimated price AND time frame. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC issues. Just plain, nice, HONEST, down to Earth people.
