        I contacted WM Henderson Plumbing (second time for home repair) to fix a leaky faucet. When the repair man came to our house he stated we needed a new faucet. I made the appointment and was not home. My husband called me on my way home stating it would be $407 for a new faucet. My baby daughter was ill and with my husband. I knew this was an excessive amount for a faucet. When I got home the repair man was leaving. I looked on line and the faucet cost $75 (Moen), even with labor (man there for 1 hr), this amount was ridiculous. I contacted the company (phone call & email) and have not heard back.

        The appointment was on Friday, October 2. We called days before hand, so, this wasn’t an emergency service. I also called & emailed the company the same day. Still no response. I also have contacted the Better Business Bureau
