I am a business owner in Springfield PA. This company was suggested as a good fit for my companies need for a new AC System. The quote was reasonable and the timing seemed great. That’s where “the good” stopped though. Once I agreed to the project, everything started to fall apart. The workers were loud and always in the way, even though I was assured they wouldn’t be. The work also took about 3 extra days to complete. Once completed, we did not notice any significant cooling of our office. After many trips by this company to fix the issue, the only thing they could suggest was a larger unit. Not wanting to pay anymore, I called in another company to see what was going on. They found the duct work that was installed, had been done so incorrectly and we were losing cool air out our roof. The new company fixed it on the spot for almost nothing. I do not recommend that you use DZO Mechanical for any HVAC repair, especially if you’re a business and need it done correctly the first time.

Had some service done by this company. Wish I would have researched them a lot more. I see a few reviews that are the same as my experience with them. The repair tech's arrived very late with no notification, they did not have parts on hand to fix my problem and had to go get them. After I found out what was fixed and read other reviews, I called around to a few other places to get quotes and I come to find out I over paid! Don't waste your time with this company, research and go with another repair place.

Although they fixed my AC unit and I am all about helping small and local business thrive, this sadly is a company I would never recommend. They were late, didn’t have the parts they needed to fix my AC unit on their truck and come to find out were way over priced for the work they did do once they got the parts they needed over 30 minutes later. The workers showed up looking like homeless people in an a white van that had no markings of this repair company. My wife couldn’t even tell if they were the correct people we called to do the repair. Would not recommend or use this company again.
