Sheley Sons Auto Repair

We have had Sheley and Sons work on all of our vehicles for one reason or another issue since moving to Brooksville. They are friendly and courteous. Yesterday, they did a complete brake repair for all four wheels. Our vehicle has four wheel disk brakes. The repair was done same day and cost was about 30% less than other local estimate. Highly recommended.

Reasonable prices and personal service.

I've been to this shop twice in the last 6-8 to months and had spent close to $1000. on my car. So the other day when I had a radiator/hose problem I had it towed there. Here is were the problem first began, Charles at the shop said I needed to pay the tow-truck driver. The truck was late and it was POURING rain, I called the driver (Jeff, also the owner of the tow truck company) and he said" we do this all the time, we'll add towing to the bill" $45.00!!!! I get a call from Charles from the shop, pretty much calling me a liar about the towing charges and why I didn't pay them. The next morning about 10:30 I called to check on the car and was told it had not been looked at yet.. Ok I had made it clear I needed the car that morning, I was told there weren't any cars waiting!!! I call back at 12:30...This time I'm told I need to pay the $45.00 dollars for towing before they will work on the car, because "were" not gonna get screwed on towing fees.. This is a shop my family and friends know and recomended, my wife has used their service for 16 years, her father took all his cars there, same shop that I had spent that $1000 dollars at in the last 6 months!!!



Well they finally fix the car about 45 mins later, and I get charged $161.00 for a hose!!!! I was charged $55 for the towing not the $45 as quoted and Mr Charles got his full One hour min labor for 15 mins of work.



The A/C that was fixed twice now still doesn't blow anywhere near as cold as it should.



But thats ok....Another shop will gladly accept my money and not act like a jerk about it.
