Oaks Motel

The Oaks is under new management and has redecorated.
The rooms are clean, include a fridge, microwave, TV and wifi.
It's nice and quiet while within walking distance to food and stores.

STAY AWAY. ROACHES, DRUNKS & DRUGGIES. LOOKS ARE DECEIVING. APPEARS TO BE CLEAN, WELL KEPT IF YOU'RE THERE JUST FOR A FEW DAYS BUT WHEN YOU STAY FOR A WEEK OR LONGER YOU CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE. IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR BUT HAD TO AT LEAST GIVE IT A ONE STAR OR IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST. TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BELIEVE ME PAYING MORE IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT. THE OLD SAYING IS TRUE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!! STAY TUNED, I WILL HAVE MORE POSTINGS AS I STAYED THERE FOR A MONTH & HAVE A LOT TO TELL.

I stay at the oaks whenever I am in brooksville visiting my aunt and last time I paid $45 a night. It is a family run business with limited frills but it is always clean. The fridge in the room is nice and no charge for the wireless. My only complaint is I wish they had a pool but for the money I can live without it.

This hotel was alright, A little dirty. Not sure if it was dust or cocaine all over the room, But Shaniqua made sure I slept well. The girls here are GREAT.

My Boyfriend and 2 employee went to do some work in Brooksville, Florida and they stayed in this motel cause it was close to where they were going they said it was full of roaches, Other then that i guess place was okay. they just took turns swatting roaches all night long. Not for me Thank You.!
