Too many patients, staff will not answer phone, there is no email or communication and the only way you can get them to answer is to press the number that says your a doctor or nurse calling. They will make you wait for a scheduled appointment and have no respect for the quality of life of the patient whether in distress or not. It's either their way only or the highway. I do not think the staff knows or understands heart related illnesses and how sick some of the patients are. What does home bound mean? What does stage IV COPD mean? What does Renal Failure mean? This is NOT a joking matter and I don't think the staff even is aware of the different heart attack symptoms because of their indifference. Does the comments above speak volumes..........I thought so, too. Oh, one last thing I don't think the staff is aware how far their patients live from their office and I don't think they care. Sad......
