        After Hurricane Sandy flooded the first floor, the ceramic tile pieces all broke lose from the hallway floor. The other person in the building management wanted to install cheap Vinyl tiles, which I decided was a poor choice, and so I hired Gurmit and his GSM workers to install brick pavers. They did the work in 2 days. After 8 years the pavers are still going strong. They don't get slippery when wet. If we get another flooding I'm sure they will manage and not come off.
