WARNING: SCAMMING CRIMINAL COMPANY BY OMAR MAXWELL, WELL-RECORTED BY MANY NEW YORK STATE COURT RECORDS (SUPREME COURT, CIVIL COURT)

1. The NYS Supreme Court Judgement produced the final judgement for my favor and against "Omar Maxwell" and his company "G&M Home Improvement & Construction" as well as "Maxwell & Maxwell Corp" as well as "GM Home improvement Co" on September 19, 2017 (Index Number, 510593/2016); Maxwell and his company must pay me back the $38,000 in addition to all the court cost (about $2000). This is a public record and available for everyone.

2. This is a scamming criminal company by Omar Maxwell (mid age black male) of the business address 207 Troy Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. He took down his website, took off phone connection and disappeared, after taking my $40,000 (he demanded money order only, and cashed it at my bank immediately), which is supposed to be used for repairing my damaged house by the Hurricane Sandy. I am one of dozens of victim by this scammer in Brooklyn, NY and beyond. This criminal Maxwell is nowhere to be found since 2015. More people are still in the middle of time-consuming court case against him even as of today, January 2018, sadly.

3. My lawyer's fee (retainer fee, to be paid at the beginning) was $2,500. It took 16 months to get the final Judgement from the Supreme Court. And, this produced no guarantee for collecting any money from this scammer. In fact, criminal Omar Maxwell is nowhere to be found now.

4. PHOTOS: Criminal Scammer Omar Maxwell and his company never finished the job. After 8 weeks, no electricity, no gas, no heat, no running water (leaky pipes), piled up trashed in the front yard, etc. Most of workers including the electrician and plumbers stopped coming back after one or two days of jobs because he never paid him. Too many RED SIGNALS, that I should have recognized every day then. My house repair was never finished, so, I had to sell it as is, with $30,000 less than the market price. Also I had to pay $2,500 for a lawyer for producing legal actions against Maxwell and his scamming company to get back my wrongfully taken money.

This meals, my total money loss so far is $40,000 + $30,000 + $2,500 = $72,500.

Omar Maxwell is no good. Talk a good game of being Christian, giving you a great deal, but intent is to rip you off. We are not the only ones. Omar M below is giving himself a rating of five. Why would he need to give himself a good rating? Go figure!!!
