Even though I did not have the title to my vehicle - they handled the process smoothly and it seemed to be little more than just a hiccup. It's been over a 2 month process to get my check. Terrible customer service. I was told the wrong place to mail my title, then had to make multiple phone calls.

Great price for the junk car and painless pickup... once they showed. Initially pickup was supposed to be Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Then the truck broke down and it was Thursday. Then the driver didn't call and we only made the pickup because I called to bug them. This may be specific to the Manchester, NH branch.

In short, good price, but may not be worth the headache.
