HORRIBLE customer service and they misrepresented them selfs. I would never go here . They don't stand behind their warranty and fail at helping when there is an issue.

I did a claim through my insurance. They sold me a smaller tub, with no radio. Also the cover doesn't fit with my deck. The lied about many features and don't stand by their warrenty. They set the tub up with chemicals and my kids got very sick once the jets came on. I would never recommend this to any one.

Worst customer service on the planet. Also (name not mentioned rhymes with ebby) is horrid on the phone. Btw just in case your considering a Sundance Spa remember these are the only folks for over 75 miles and they know that too which allows them to bill over 100$ just to Diagnose your tub and treat you like crap on the phone. You work around these peoples schedules too not the other way around. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

JUST GO & SEE!! Pegasus is a great place to browse around and Dream. The staff is sooooo helpful. I started to look and plan for our spa over a year ago. Pegasus had great ideas to consider and Never pushy. We were probally at the store a half dozen times and shopped around other dealers to compare. Pegasus is leaps and bounds above the other dealers in spas. And, my husband really loved the "man cave"-that is the service center- with the service guys & all that "stuff". We also liked the idea that Pegasus does recondition older spas. Maybe in ten years or so, we may want to tradein ours and to know that there is a recycle process is important. Our next investment is one of their infrared saunas. Until then, I have my eye on a beautiful 5' metal art sunflower for the garden!

Pegasus is such a fun place to shop! The staff makes you feel like you have known them forever and you can never ask too much :) They have even held my fussing baby for me when I was like a momma duck w/ two more little ones!

I especially like that they have such a variety of inventory. Great art pieces to feed your eyes and great spas, saunas, outdoor furniture & hammocks to soothe your body and lots of other things in between.

They have fixed my water whoas more than once, to keep our family "good to go!"

You can see why they have been around so long and I am glad to have them!

We never had a spa before, so we did alot of research before we hit the streets. We almost did not go to Pegasus as it was a few miles more than what we were going to drive that day, but we really enjoyed going out 12 through the Irish Hills and enjoyed even more when we arrived at their beautiful store.

All of the staff we met was really informative & sincere. We never felt once any pressure and my husband was in heaven when they offered to show us their big service center. My husband thinks the "nuts and bolts" are just as important as the top side water feature!

We are very comfortable with our new spa and know it is just right! Pegasus continues to make us soooo glad we found them. Perhaps that is why the same owners have been there for over 30 years.

I usually don't take the time to rate or reply to any questionnaires, but this company is worth every bit of recognition I can muster up. You just don't find companies that have been around for 30 years that really care about their customers before and After the sale. Our new spa from them is perfect and more important they made sure everything was perfect from day one of walking into their beautiful store. Who would ever think you could find something so specail in such a small town! Maybe that's why-No Big City attitude and scams-just Fair and Square!

We have had many other service companies over the years and have never found anyone as efficient, friendly and fair as the Pegasus people. I'm really glad they were referred to us and will buy next our next spa from them.
