Medplus After Hours Clinic

I brought my daughter in to be seen. The receptionist was less than friendly. She acted like she had better things to do than be at work. Didn't greet me or anything. I thought it was very rude. The RN we had was very friendly as well as the Dr.

I feel like one star is being generous. The lady at the front desk was awful. She treated myself and all the other people in the office like they were beneath her. She was slow, rude and treated sick people like they were beneath her. I will never go back.

My wide went here today and is in alot of pain with serious throat infection and Dr was an a**hole, rude, and disrespectful. I will never go back to this place and i think 1 star is too much.

Do not go here unless you want to be degraded with 3rd class treatment

I took my daughter in today. She has michild health insurance and they do not except it. The woman at the registration desk was extremely rude and made me feel like just because its state insurance that I was below her and made me feel quilty for having it... She really needs to work on her customer service skill and learn to be more pleasant
