Only if I could give negative stars. A very poor service oriented company with a terrible customer service. There is nothing guaranteed about their service and a pure rip off. Performed an unprofessional service and are rude about it when asked to come a take a look at their work. Would absolutely NOT recommend them.

When Tom said he would take care of the problem, he meant it. He is tireless, and caring. I was so impressed with his handling an urgent rodent problem that I can't thank him enough. He communicates well. He is thoughtful about his customer's needs and worries. He knows what he is doing.

I am so glad that I called him.
