        *CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A SUNDAY NIGHT(1-31-11)*

        The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE.....

        My self and some other individuals wanted to use the jumbo dryers in the back . So we told the associate VANNESA about it . And her respond was "YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL I TAKE THEM OUT "... AND SHE KEPT ON TALKING WITH HER FRIENDS!!!!!!... She was just RUDE..

        Then she ONLY TOOK OUT THE CLOTHES OUT OF ONE DRYER .While the clothes in the other dryers kept on SITTING THERE...WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS..

        Something has to be done about this kind of behavior and this is ABSURD*****
