b & b was awesome I should've left this review a long time ago. I was living in Germany when I hit black ice and crashed my blazer. I ordered a front bumper kit and they shipped it within the week. I put my truck back together and everything fit just fine. I am now about to order a 2012 dodge ram passenger side mirror and expect that everything will be just fine.

this is my favorite parts store. they always have what I need, even when I'm not sure what its called, these guys know cars and parts, not like some of those other shops where if the kid behind the counter can't guess or the computer don't tell them your SOL, stick with the guys are B&B auto. they know what you need and the prices are fare. Oh and by the way, last time I was there I heard they now carry Motorcycle parts.

Not a reputable parts store. This store sent a re manufactured part which was both mechanically damaged and not compatible for the vehicle. On the received paperwork it states that electronic parts are not returnable, not refundable, and not guaranteed. I wish they would have stated this up front and I would have shopped elsewhere. I returned the item with a note requesting them to contact me .... To date, no refund and no contact.

big time scam at this place they overcharge you, then they never get the part right, then when you want to return the part you have to pay a fee for bringing it back. If that is not enough they can't tell you no prices over the phone. They can do that only if you have an account. I sent my girlfriend in there and they gave her one price and when i went in there they gave me another price. nothing but scam artist in there. Don't go to them.
