La Carreta

We were travelling from Missouri to North Carolina, due to weather, we pulled into the Pinnacle shopping complex outside Bristol Tenn. The choices for a meal were plenty, but choose La Carreta. We asked a person outside the restaurant an opinion, which we were told "better than Taco Bell". This recommendation was not what we considered overly inviting, but we went on in. As a family of 4, we did not search out the extensive menu and went directly to the burrito section, usually a safe choice. And glad we did. we tried 4 different burrito selections and all were large, tasted great and priced right. Also, the chips and salsa were excellent. And have to agree, "better than Taco Bell"
