Brighton Laundry & Drycleaners

Love this place! The only laundromat I would feel safe in leaving my clothes in and walking to a place down the street without fear of someone taking my stuff. One time I left $40 in my pants pocket which I had no clue was in there and they gave back to me after it was dry cleaned. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Have never had an issue there for the 7 years I have been going there. I tried some of the other dry cleaners on the street and this one is #1 in my book for all my cleaning needs!

Best Dry cleaners and laundromat I have been to by far! They do Deliveries so thats a HUGE plus in my book. They have the longest hours which works great for me and everytime I am there they have a seamstress there which is awesome because I always seem to rip my shirts and pants some way or another. I love this place it is so clean and friendly and they always have free coffee and wi-fi there. Ample parking and an awesome staff! 5 Stars from me!

I have used their dry cleaning service a handful of times. The last 2 times I went there, I have been completely appalled by the unprofessional behavior of their staff. I had a coat dry cleaned, and after picking it up and bringing it home, I noticed that it had several splotchy stains on the right sleeve of the coat, none of which were there when I initially brought it in for cleaning. When I returned it, the younger guy denied that they caused it, questioned why it took me so long to bring it back (I told him it was because I had a job, kids, and a life), then reluctantly agreed to re-clean it free of charge after giving me plenty of attitude. When I went to pick it up a week later, the older lady was at the counter and the first thing she said to me, completely unsolicited, was that they did not cause the stains. I couldn't believe it! Once again, they were telling me that I was lying to them. They are stubborn, nasty, and seem more concerned with being right then making their customers happy. I can see from other reviews that other customers have had problems with random stains on their clothes after an alleged cleaning. Other reviews have also found the staff to be unpleasant. I'm not sure how they are still in business. I'm never going there again.
