My furnace stopped working so I called Brigham Heating and Cooling. He spent 4 hours working on the furnace and couldn't figure out. Hooked up a new thermastat wrong and fried it. I was being charged 35.00 per hour and after working on it for 4 hours and not knowing what was wrong with it I told him that I would have to hire someone esle. We got into a big argument in my kitchen and he even charged me for the thermastat that he fried. I told him that I hired him to fix it, not fry it, that is what his overhead is for. I would not hire him or refer him to anyone!!!!
