I have been dealing with Alliance for over 20 years, they are always very helpful and treat you with respect. I have GM product that the dealership worked on a water Leak for FIVE years, and could not correct. It took these fellows ten minutes to find the leak and factory flaw and fix it, had the missing metal replaced at a body shop with steel as they recommended, No more leak from that area. Today I had them seal the moon roof as it leaks and drains get clogged.

These are totally professional glass men they know more that anyone else, and they are polite assuming you are as well. Excellent people all round.

They use the cheapest glass possible may only last 3 months if lucky. Best to stay away customer service is terrible they only are interested in money not the customer who gets stuck with cheap glass!
