On 4/24/16 I stopped in Salon Centric in Brick for the last time. I was there to purchase some hair products, but to my surprise I was disgusted at how rude and nasty the person in the store was to me when I asked a question about one of the products. She abruptly said, I don't have time for this and started mumbling it's not job to put up with this. I thought it was their job was to answer a question if asked and not be so rude and abrupt to a customer. So then I asked to speak to the manager, she snapped back and said I am the manager, which was very shocking to me considering I have dealt with other employees here that were so pleasant and helpful. Please understand that I have never written a review whether positive or negative, but because of this display of customer treatment I strongly felt this type of behavior need to be brought to the attention of other customers so they might want to find an alternative place to bring their business like I intent to do.
