Country Sudser Car Wash

The car wash itself is mediocre at best. They missed a lot of spots inside and most of the time still dirty in the cup holders and such. Until today they have always been very nice to deal with. Today they damaged the bottom side of my car on their tracks. Deep scratches. I talked to one of the managers I see there almost everytime I come in. He immediately started acting hostile to me saying things like, "I know when I see someone looking to get free money" and "you are full of shit it happened here" and "I have seen that damage on your car before". Mind you I have been coming here for atleast the last 6 months straight almost once every week. I went back and forth with him and he brought me into the car was tunnel to show me there are guards to prevent that, while still treating me like the scum of the earth even though I have been chatting with him for over 6 months. They have guards for most of the way in the tunnel except for the beginning and the ending parts. He would not admit the damaged happened there. I told him I have to go grab my kids from the bus stop and I will be back. He told me, "Ya go get your kids, go get your kids, get out of here." I left picked up my kids and set them up at home with my wife and then I returned to the car wash. I went inside and spoke with the cashier that I need to speak to the manager. She went to go get him. I had to repeatedly ask her to get him because he didn't show up. I waited almost 25 minutes and he still refused to come out. I told the cashier I want to cancel my monthly plan. When I pressed as to if it was canceled he finally came out. He was a different person acting all surprised I wanted to cancel and tried to say are you sure buddy? At which point I informed him of the way he treated me after his establishment damaged my car, that I absolutely want it canceled. Then acting all down he canceled my plan. I Informed him I was filing a police report and left. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
