Clarke's Pool Waters

Had delivery of water Tuesday after Memorial Day. Service was fine during the delivery, but be careful when receiving quote. Price for each truck was competitive (a little lower than others that were contacted), but if you are set-back from the street a bit there is an extra charge. Original call person told me she did not have exact price but when asked for ballpark said probably $50-100. At 7:30pm on the Monday Memorial Day holiday I had a message to confirm delivery and that the extra fee was now $300. I explained the quote and was told that was the price. I had no choice as the pool liner company was coming in the morning and no water company would be open at that hour. The only thing they said they would do is speak to the person who told me that so they don't do it again....basically too bad for me. Not a good way to do business!
