        We had some sewer line issues for a while and called more than one company. In the end, it turned out to be Orangeburg (Google it) sewer line that had to be replaced. No one wants that, but Nichols has made it as painless as possible. They were so much better than previous services, including to national name-brands.

        Did everything they said they would, on time, with cheerful, competent professionals the whole way. Constant oversight of their work by their field rep. Everyone went the extra mile at each step in the process. We are really pleased and wouldn't consider anyone else for plumbing work at this point.
