Liberty Cleaners

My family had used Liberty cleaners for years until they put a four inch tear in two dress shirts. I took the shirts back and Crystal called the owners wife and she agreed to give me a $50 credit. I used $15 on a laundered order and then dropped off four dresses to be pressed and one dress to be laundered and pressed. In front of the male owner and Crystal; I said," I still have a credit due to the torn dress shirts." He tried to make me believe that that credit was from the previous owners. I explained that Crystal called the owner and agreed to the credit. Crystal called me approximately thirty minutes later and told me that the owners could not come to an agreement and that they would not honor the credit. I went and picked up the four dresses and took them to Grand cleaners, but the dress to be laundered "was already in the system! " The female owner was present when I went to p/u the dress...she said "that will be $15.47!" I explained to her that I didn't owe anything because she had given me a $50 credit due to the two tears in the dress shirts. She said, "that was previous owners!" I refused to back down...she opened my back door and threw my dress in and so rudely said, "have a nice weekend!" I was appalled at their lack of any customer service for a mistake they made! Cleaners are on every corner, so I will find one that offers good customer service and is trustworthy, professional and doesn't rip our clothes and expect us to just suck it up and take a loss!

I do all my husbands shirts laundered at liberty cleaners and they always do an excellent job with it. Love the girls in the front...super nice and professional. I love their drive thru service. I highly recommand this place if you are looking for a new dry cleaners in this area.

I went to Liberty Cleaners today for my fiance. I just moves here and just dropped off at Delia's Cleaners. He asked that I picked up his cleaning. When I pulled up the young man came out and to my suprise, he spoke perfect english. I apologize, but I had just came from Delia's and was expecting the young Korean man to at least have an accent, but he had none. I explained that I was picking up for my fiance and told him his number and he went directly inside and found his clothes. because I just moved I had boxes all over my car, so he noticed this and offered to go around to the other side and put in on the less crowded side. I thanked him and then paid. He was very well mannered and very easy to converse with. He thanked me and wished me a great evening and waved as I pulled off. I know now why my fiance goes there. I asked him about 'Benjamin',and he simply said,"He's the best cleaner I've met. He seems to be in touch with the needs and feelings of the customers...he's genuinely and caring person." Wow, that's amazing that my fiance said that because of the nature of him being a shrewd business man. I have to admit, I may be going to this cleaners from now on.
