Ashley Furniture at 8099 Moores Ln Brentwood, TN doesn't care anything for their customers and it is hard as chopped sticks trying to return something you paid over $1000, plus, and on top of that, you can't even get a store credit. Are they that hard up for a sale? You can't talk to the store manager, instead you talk to GRTE, Unit known as the Guest Respond Team Unit. This is a waste of time because they are not professional in their communication; even answering the phone. It is really funny, you didn't even them the money and you can't talk to the store manager. WOW, what a unexpected experience?

Great sales people, courteous manager, but customer service was the poorest I have ever experienced. It took 8 weeks for my complete order to be delivered. I submitted several verbal messages about my concerns, and at the final delivery, spoke by phone to the Customer Service rep. I said, "This kind of customer service is unacceptable and inexcusable. I will not shop at Ashley Furniture again." There was no concern or follow-up.

Good sales rep, but absolutely no customer support after the sale. Dismissive, rude, unhelpful. Run away fast! They lost my shipment via UPS and will not provide me a full refund. Have been arguing with them for six weeks now.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have had 7 deliveries scheduled for the same damaged/defective item and 3 or them were no shows and the other 4 defective merchandise was sent to me again. When I call the speak with the store manager, Shannon, I am told by Kathy, another manager, that he is always in a meeting and he can't speak to me, I have requested that Shannon call me back on 6 different occasions and not once have I received a call. I called again today at 10 am and it is now 1 pm and still haven't received a call. I have called customer service and the distribution center, when I asked to speak to a manager I am always told they are to busy to talk to me and they will call back. I guess every manager at every location is to busy to call me back for 3 months!

We just purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture. We love it! It is so soft that you almost melt into it. Helpful staff and fast delivery as well. We'll not hesitate to shop Ashley Furniture again.

We recently bought our bedroom furniture at Ashley Furniture in Brentwood. The salespeople were very helpful and friendly. And the quality of our furniture is exceptional! We will definitely be back into the store to buy more furniture. And the delivery was fast and we even got our delivery fee credited due to a rebate promotion.

Great variety of items to choose from and the sales team is attentive. This is the second home we have bought furniture for from Ashley Furniture.

My boyfriend and I just bought new bedroom furniture for the first time and had a great experience at the Ashley's here in Brentwood. Not only was the price an amazing deal, but the employee who assisted us, Doug, was so great. He worked with us, wasn't too pushy, and ultimately helped us finance with a budget we were comfortable with. We love our furniture, and honestly, I will continue to look here first when shopping for furniture.

I would recommend to everyone to have an Ashley Furniture. They have the best quality furniture and their prices is very reasonable. Also, the staff was very helpful. We just purchased a Bed room set the second time and we are so extremely happy on sales associate and the delivery guys as well. In general, we are very pleased on everything that we purchased. This was a great place to do business with. The sales staff was extremely helpful in helping me to get everything I needed for my office, and the delivery and installation was great and hassle free.

We picked out our furniture in august 2013,and it was delivered a month later as promised.our experience with Ashley was absolutely perfect,from our salesman Chris,to the deliverymen,that were as nice as could be.very satisfied with the entire experience,and highly recommend Ashley!

We recently had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture. I had seen some office chairs online that I wanted to use as conference room chairs in my husband's new office. I called the store and spoke to a great sales rep who told me he'd be in the next day. My husband and I went the following day to view the chair; it was perfect and we ended up ordering 6 of those, plus a bistro table and chairs for his office kitchen. Because the recliners were such great prices, he bought one for his "man cave" at home. Our salesman worked with us to help us take advantage of the Ashley Furniture sale that was going on. I thought the store had lovely things and will definitely use them again. In this day and age, if people actually deliver on promises, it's almost miraculous. Everything we received from Ashley was great quality, prompt delivery, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I was so pleased with the delivery service. These guys went through so much to get my sofa in the house finally they took my window off and that's how they got the sofa in. This is when you go above and beyond your job.

We recently purchased a bar from the Brentwood location. We experience exceptional service from both the sales associated and the delivery men. The product arrived on time and looked great! I will return to this store for future purchases.

My husband & I recently built a new home and purchased a lot of our furnishings from Ashley. The store personnel were all very helpful and our sales rep. Kalyn Nelson was exceptional in her help to us. Along with furniture, we purchased a few accessories, that included a comforter set for our bed and when it was delivered and unpacked I discovered a spot (that I could not remove) in the center of the spread. When I called about it, Ashley did not hesitate in sending a new one and picked up the other. It is a beautiful set and I am very pleased with it and everything that we purchased. Thank you Ashley!!
