The Poulsbo location has decent looking cars compared to other local used dealers but if you don't have an 800 credit score they will treat you like a convict. Then look out for the "BAIT and SWITCH" down payment. We had an agreement in place on a vehicle and in 72 hours somehow the down payment grew by $300.00 dollars?!? Worst of all after we endured the first round of interrogation my wife went back with a deal in place to sign paperwork and was AGAIN asked "Why should I get you in a car?" So if you don't mind being talked to like your a thief and your OK with a fluctuating down payment they're your place!

The Most Horrible Experience I've ever had.They sold me a car that they knew had pre-existing problems. The more I took it back for them to fix, the worse the problem got!!!!! Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT buy a vehicle from these people!!!! They get 0 stars, but in order to submit I had to put at least 1.
